PropaGator Follow up meeting

If you are still interested in joining the PropaGator team, we will be holding a follow on meeting in MAEB 211 on February 7th, at 5:10 PM.  The meeting will be an opportunity for students to ask more questions about the program and how students can help.   Anyone who missed the first meeting is also welcome.

We had a class Charlie (electrical) fire when we began testing on our new Power Router board. The board allowed power from the batteries to energize our computers and motors.  It also protected  our boat reverse polarity, power surges, and it protected our batteries from being overdrawn. Our board was supposed to be rated at 40 Amps.  However, we never made it passed 22 Amps due to an overlooked power trace. Big Meeting

The PropaGator Team will be meeting in the Machine Intelligence Lab on January 8th 2013, at 5:10 PM.  We will be setting the pace of the construction of PropaGator from January until the competition in July.  We’re looking for max participation during this meeting.  Anyone interested in the program is welcome to come visit.
